Comment: I tested the service using their free eval account and it worked great. It's straight forward remote pc support - right over the internet. I was able to get remote control of my client's system quickly, within seconds, to make some configuration changes to a printer's setup. I didn't have to make any changes to his firewall nor to any of my other customer's networks.
